Don’t miss out on the Charlotte Chapter’s year-end Celebration Dinner meeting on
Tuesday, May 15th. The evening begins with the Networking/Social reception at 5 pm at
Longhorn Steakhouse (10605 Centrum Parkway, Pineville, NC 28134) and the Dinner
meeting to follow at 6pm.
Registration is $15.00 for students, $25.00 for IMA members, and $35.00 for Non-members. Please include your IMA member number in the 'Additional Details' field. Registration includes dinner.

A juicy 8oz. USDA Choice sirloin.

Fresh, hand-cut 7oz. salmon, grilled using our secret bourbon marinade. Served over rice.
Redrock Grilled Shrimp
A dozen grilled shrimp glazed with our smoky tomato butter, Served over rice with garlic butter
sauce for dipping.
Parmesan Chicken
Two fresh grilled chicken breasts topped with a cheesy, crunchy Parmesan and garlic cheese
crust.
Baby Back Ribs
Our half rack of fall-off-the-bone tender BBQ baby back ribs.
